Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back into their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
